our mission
Our platform was born from the experience of women—especially Black women and women of color—who’ve been pushed down, pushed out, and silenced in various areas of life, including the workplace. Despite these challenges, we know that no one can take away our voice.
Too often, women, particularly Black women, find their stories misrepresented or overlooked, leaving them isolated. We saw the need for a community where women could reclaim their narratives, share their experiences, and be empowered to chart their own paths.
