My Story

I have 15+ years of experience leading programs, projects, and change initiatives across higher education, membership organizations, healthcare communications, legal marketing, and tech.

Today, I work with founders and organizations navigating growth and transition. Sometimes that means leading complex projects. Sometimes it's improving operations or bringing structure to work that's become difficult to manage. My role changes, but the goal doesn't: helping people move through change with more ease.

I'm also a writer and storyteller. My writing explores life transitions, identity, and rebuilding in your 30s. It's where I make sense of my own experiences and share what I'm learning along the way.
