As a Transition Strategist, I help women—primarily Black women professionals, educators, creatives, nonprofit leaders, or entrepreneurs—navigate life and career transitions without unnecessary chaos.

Within the last decade, I experienced multiple life and career transitions:

• Earned my master’s

• Relocated to a new city (three times)

• Lost my father and navigated ongoing grief

• Faced four periods of unemployment in five years

And somehow, I made it through without completely falling apart, even though there were times I felt like I was barely holding it together.

I’ve discovered how to move through transitions without abandoning myself or my values, and I want to teach you do the same!
